Keyboard toolbar for the brew form

A toolbar now sits above the keyboard while you fill in a brew, with next and previous buttons to move between fields and a quick-fill for common ratios. Work through the form without reaching back to the screen, and drop in a ratio in one tap.

Fixes & Improvements

• Kept the scale-aware weight input’s text and value in sync, and consolidated ratio formatting for consistent display across the app
